A new Kindle software update is now available and will be automatically delivered to your Kindle. We are constantly working on improving the Kindle user experience and have included the following features in this update:

·  Built-in PDF Reader: Your Kindle can now display PDF documents natively. Native PDF support allows you to carry and read all of your personal and professional documents on the go.

·  Adjustable Screen Rotation: The Kindle screen can now manually rotate between portrait and landscape views. Click here to learn more about these new features

You can also learn more by going to Archived Items on your Kindle and downloading the Kindle User's Guide, 4th Ed.

There is nothing you need to do to receive this update. Kindle automatically checks for and downloads updates when one is available, and your device will automatically self-update in the next few weeks. If you do not have wireless connectivity or if you want to enjoy the new features sooner, you can download the software update to your computer.

Simply follow the instructions from this page and transfer the file to your Kindle via the USB connection. The update process will take approximately 10 minutes.

So, we are out at dinner the other night, and Johnny decides to tell us a joke in Chinese.
Here it is, translated:

So... There is a man, running out of the forest. Another man sees him running, and asks: "Why are you running?" The first man replies:"There is a panda in the forest. Whatever you do, do NOT touch his nose." Curious, the second man ignores the first man and enters the forest.

After walking for quite a while, he comes upon a sleeping panda. He can't resist, and touches the panda's nose. The panda then chases the man through the forest, and eventually the man gets too tired and can't run anymore.

The panda then tells the man "I just want to touch your nose."
.....

That was it. I don't get it.
