if you want: This is the recipe of the tea that I drink when I have bronchitis, or a really bad cough. It helped me in the past. Maybe you have pharmacies that mix teas for you or maybe you can already purchase it ready mixed and bagged?
Plantago lanceolata [=Plantaginis lanceolatae herba] 40g
licorice root, [=Liquiritiae radix] 25g
fennel, [=Foeniculi fructus] 10g
thyme, [=Thymi herba] 10g
rose hip paring, [=Rosae pseudofructus] 5g
Althaea folium, [=Alteae folium] 5g
Thymus serpyllum [=Serpylli herba] 5g
mix everything together. Use 2 grams of mixture for one cup of tea, use boiling water; cover cup with lid or small plate and let tea sit for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes, remove herbs.
You can use honey as sweetener or drink without tea without any additions.
consume tea as hot(or warm) as possible, i.e. the warmer the better, (but not in a way that burns you!)
drink a coup of tea several times a day.
possible side effects:
occasionally allergic reaction visible on skin, or allergic reactions of respiratory tracts, and alimentary canal. Consult with your doctor if you observe any side effects.
what it does (from my experience):
- helps you get rid of phlem very easily, note: if you didn't have phlem yet and you didn't hear your lungs wheezing and suddenly you do after drinking the tea, that's normal, its part of he healing process
- calms the small fibres in your lungs, thus prevents you having to cough hard or a lot. i.e. you still cough, but its not as painful, more relieving, you feel that your body makes noticeable progress in healing
- you might sweat more than usual, but thats a good sign
- tea works already after the first two cups, i.e. within a couple of hours after consumption
- NOTE: tea has an acquired taste, it.s not something that everyone likes or can drink, because its made of medical herbs only.
- Usually need to drink this tea max only 2 to 3 days, because then i feel better already
